A Space for Religion frames churches in their natural environment, taken around the city of Lviv, Ukraine. The collection celebrates the Orthodox churches eccentric architecture in contrast with their natural environment, exploring the communities connection to religion as a physical place.

The diverse contrast between the surrounding nature and alien design of the chapels aims to present these communal shells as if they were spaceships landed from a foreign place. At the same time, the predominantly empty landscapes focus a visual relationship between community and the natural, questioning ethics and spiritual connection.
